Dear Safety Competition Enthusiast,

As you know, the 2024 School Bus Driver International Safety Competition is confirmed, and that the permanent site of the event will be Hays CISD – just outside of Austin, TX. This year's event will take place on June 29-30, 2024. We appreciate your continued support, and as you get ready to host local Safety Competitions, please note that the 2024 School Bus Driver International Safety Competition Handbook is available for download in a Red Button below. The Handbook contained pertinent information for those competing in and hosting local Safety Competitions.

There are several additional announcements in this communication, so please read carefully.

  1. Host Hotel: Austin Marriott South, 4415 South IH 35, Austin, TX 78744 Tel.: 512-634-2036 - once the SC Block is opened, Room Nights will be available for June 29 and June 30.
  2. If you are willing to sponsor the event, please click the Button above. If you have any questions about sponsorship opportunities, please reach out to Doug Campbell at douglas.campbell@safefleet.net BEFORE you make your selection.
  3. The Safety Competition Committee is always looking for Booster Financial Support. This support can come from individuals, private operators, school districts, and suppliers.
