In response to the motorcoach bus crash that killed five Bluffton College baseball players earlier this year and the motorcoach bus fire during the evacuation of Hurricane Rita in 2005, Senators Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX) introduced legislation last week which, if enacted, would impose significant safety reforms on the motorcoach industry.
