Contractors

NSTA's Contractor Membership is open to any school bus contractor operator. As defined in the NSTA Bylaws, a school bus contract is any independent school bus contract-operator is any person, firm, partnership or corporation operating as owner or lessor of one or more vehicles engaged primarily in the transportation of children to or from school or related events.

Industry Manufacturers & Suppliers

NSTA's Industry Manufacturers & Suppliers Membership is open to any person, firm, partnership, or corporation engaged in the manufacturing or production of school buses, school bus bodies, or school bus chassis and those engaged in providing services or equipment necessary to the operation of school buses.

State Associations

NSTA's State Association Membership is open any state school bus contract-operators' association having duly elected officers.

Public

NSTA's Public Membership is open to any federal, state, county, or local school district officials responsible for or concerned with pupil transportation.
