Membership Categories

Contractor Member -- U.S Contractors Application | Canadian Contractor Application
Any school bus contractor operator shall be eligible to become a member of NSTA. An independent school bus contract-operator is any person, firm, partnership or corporation operating as owner or lessor of one or more vehicles engaged primarily in the transportation of children to or from school or related events. Annual Dues: $150.00 for the first bus plus $21.00 per each additional bus. The membership year runs from April 1 to March 31.

Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation engaged in the manufacturing or production of school buses, school bus bodies, or school bus chassis and those engaged in providing services or equipment necessary to the operation of school buses.  The membership year runs from January 1 to December 31.

Manufacturers: $4,000
Single State Supplier: $1,000
Multi State Supplier: $2,000

State Association Member -- Download Application
Any state school bus contract‑operators' association having duly elected officers.  Annual Dues: $500. The membership year runs from January 1 to December 31.

Public Member -- Download Application
Any member of the press concerned with or interested in pupil transportation. Annual Dues: $500. The membership year runs from January 1 to December 31.
