About Wailea Beach Resort & Spa
The 2012 NSTA Midwinter Meeting will be held at the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa located on the southwest region of Maui just south of Kehei (3700 Wailea Alanui, Wailea, Maui, HI 96753). Airport and Transportation
The airport closest to the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa is the Kahului/Maui Airport (airport code OGG).
The resort is 16 miles/35 minutes northeast of OGG.
Maui Kahului Airport houses the following airlines:
Air Canada, American Airlines, American Trans Air, Delta Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines and United Airlines. Visitors to Maui can also fly into Honolulu International Airport (http://www.state.hi.us/dot/airports/oahu/hnl/) and travel to Honolulu via an inter-island carrier.
The resort does not offer transportation to/from the airport (OGG) but suggests taking the Speedi Shuttle (877-521-2085) or a taxi. The cost of a taxi is approximately $60 one-way. Hertz Rental Car is available onsite at the resort and reservations can be made by calling 800-891-1383. Parking rates are $25 per day for self-parking and $30 per day for valet.
