Accommodations will be hosted at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Tulsa, Warren Place at 6110 South Yale Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma.  A room block is currently being held by calling 1-800-801-1317 or by visiting the website through this link.  Remember to mention the National School Transportation Association to get the discounted rate of $99.00 per single or double room, or $109 for triple or quad rooms!  Check in begins July 19th and goes through July 25th.  Please make accommodations that best suit your travel schedule.

This is your chance to meet over 140 of the top decision-makers in the school bus industry from across North America.  We hope you will consider supporting the association through sponsorship and attendance of this event.   We also offer a short Sponsor Showcase (tabletop exhibits) on Monday, as you will see listed in the agenda.

Sponsorship opportunities available in two different areas:  the International Safety Competition held on Saturday and Sunday and the Annual Meeting and Convention held Sunday night through Wednesday and range from $500 to $5000.  If you have another idea for sponsorship, we would be glad to work with you on it so please just let me know.
