  • 3:30 - 4:30 PM -- Out of Sight, Out of Mind - Kathy Furneaux
Everyday somewhere in this nation children will be left on a school bus by caring school bus professionals – why? After all the local training, the horror stories in the media, the lost jobs and trauma to children, we are still leaving children on the bus. This presentation looks at several issues that may contribute to the complexities of making sure all children who board, also get off. Eye opening and thought provoking theories from a veteran school bus driver will shed a different light on this troubling problem.
