RESERVATIONS
The NSTA Midwinter Meeting will be held at The
Ritz-Carlton Kapalua Resort located at One Ritz-Carlton
Drive in Kapalua, Maui,
Hawaii. Hawaii's premier golf resort hotel, The Ritz-Carlton,
Kapalua on Maui is surrounded by three courses and a historic pineapple
plantation overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The luxury hotel and resort
is just north of Hawaii's famed whaling town of Lahaina on the island
of Maui.
Group
room reservations may be made by calling (800) 262-8440 or
(800) 241-3333. In order to receive the group rate, be sure
to mention National School Transportation Association (NSTA).
Room
rates are $210 (Run of the House), $240 (Partial Ocean View), and
$280 (Full Ocean View). The NSTA group rate is available during
January 20 - 27, 2006 and a limited number of rooms are being held.
Rates are available until December 15, 2005 or until the room block
is full.

information about the Midwinter Meeting will be available in early
September.

AIRPORT
and TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
The airport that is closest to the Ritz Carlton is the Kapalua West
Airport (airport code JHM). The flights may be a bit more
expensive to fly in to this airport, but it is a 50 minute trip
from the Kahului/Maui Airport (airport code OGG). You also
save on transportation or shuttle costs. This
Maui airport may have more flight options and be a bit less expensive.
